The Commons at Riverstone Village is a medical office park, centrally located in the Riverstone district with approximately 35,000 square feet of primarily medical office space. Riverstone Professional Building is a 20,000 square foot traditional, professional office building with expansive finishes, 24-hour access, elevator and a private park on the premises.
Wild Timber Subdivision is a 55 lot, 74 acre subdivision, developed originally in 2006. Its gently rolling hills are subdivided into 1-acre to 1.5 acre wooded lots. Wild Timber is located on Worley Crossroads in South Pickens County, just north of the Cherokee-Pickens County line off Hwy 515.
