Project Scope:

Collaborate with owner/physician and architect to complete a multi-phase first generation tenant build out within a two-story existing shell building in the City of Suwanee. The multi-phase project includes completion of the first phase of construction, transitioning the tenant into the newly completed phase, demolition of the current medical office and completion of the second phase. Once the second phase is complete the tenant will transition into the full 9,544 sq. ft. medical office. The work included submission of plans and procurement of necessary construction permits, value engineering, material and system analysis, budgeting, subcontractor qualification and selection, site supervision, code compliance inspection and project closeout.  In addition Meridian was responsible for interfacing with various state and regulatory inspectors to insure compliance before granting of occupancy and operational certificates.
