The first floor of this building includes an 8,253 square foot ambulatory surgery center, consisting of three (3) ORs, four (4) Private Post-Op rooms, one (1) Post-Op and five (5) Pre-Op bays. Also included are Clean and Soil Rooms, Medical Gases, Standby Emergency Generator, nurse-station and nutrition station.

Additional services included site renovation for additional parking, milling and resurfacing the parking lot and extensive landscape renovation.
