Project consists of site work and a newly constructed single-story, 11,4900 square foot Medical Office Building on a 1.38 Acre site having two separate Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) and Medical Clinic finish packages including the following;

Two Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC) with new MEP’s, Lead Shielding, Medical Gases, Standby Emergency Generator, a total of three operating rooms, Clean and Soil Rooms, five private Post-Op rooms, three Pre-Op stations, nourishment stations and multiple nurse stations.

Two Medical Clinics with multiple Procedure rooms, multiple ultrasound rooms, multiple labs and eight patient exam rooms
