This 25,611 square foot project is divided between two floors, including complete demolition of existing finishes and mechanical systems, having seven separate finish packages including the following;
- Two Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC) with new MEP’s, Lead Shielding, Medical Gases, Standby Emergency Generator, a total of three operating rooms, five private Post Op rooms, five Pre-Op stations and multiple nurse stations.
- Two Clinics with four Procedure rooms, multiple nurse stations and fifteen patient exam rooms
- Two fully operational medical Labs
- Storage Area
- Complete remodel of existing common area
