Urology Clinic consists of the complete demolition of interior finishes and MEP’s as well as the exterior facade renovation, transforming the building into a two story 12,884 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Medical Clinic. The ASC consists of two Operating Rooms, a CT Scanner Room, Clean and Soil Rooms, Medical Gases, Standby Emergency Generator, three Private Post-Op Rooms, four Pre-Op Stations, Nurse Stations and a Nurishment Station. The Medical Clinic consists of Nurse Stations, three Ultrasound Rooms, two Procedure Rooms and nine Patient Exam Rooms.
